CEO Trust is a unique organization because it provides an opportunity for CEOs from different industries who subscribe to our core philosophies of Authentic Leadership and Generosity of Spirit to get to know their peers and develop relationships with other business leaders facing similar challenges. Trustees attest that nothing matches the support, insight and trusting relationships developed through the organization.
CEO Trust provides certain formal programs and services that meet the needs of CEOs. These services include:
- Regular Programs. These meetings provide an opportunity for Trustees to get together with each other and also listen to fascinating speakers on a range of topics of interest.
- Business Education Programs. These programs range from routine member training to special situation programs to meet the needs of CEOs. Examples might include an intensive public speaking workshop, a crisis simulation training workshop, a Sarbanes-Oxley/corporate governance program, or a workshop on cross-cultural human resources needs.
- CEO Roundtables. CEO Trust colleagues discuss relevant topics of the day in a roundtable setting.
- Career Services. CEO Trust offers career programs and outplacement partners that are available for members who need assistance.
- Forums. These are groups of about 10 members who meet on a regular basis with a facilitator. The groups are carefully composed to include individuals from a diverse set of industries and businesses. They help each other with business challenges, social situations and personal strife. Members who have participated rave about the positive impact their Forum participation has had on their lives.
- Affinity Groups. There are a number of special interest groups. Some groups focus on a particular topic, such as the M&A Group and the Board Affinity Group. Others target a company size, such as Fortune 500 for large company CEOs and Quovis for small, entrepreneurial CEOs.
- Celebrations. These twice-a-year celebration receptions are an opportunity for all our Trustees to get together with friends of the organization. It enables Trustees to catch up with old friends and make some new ones.
