BoardTrust© coaching will speed your path to successful outcomes, laying the foundation to launch your board career.

  • Coaching helps to define your strengths in the context of board work, which differs from your strengths in an executive role.

  • Develop a board strategy, including value proposition, key differentiators / positioning themes, target industries.

PILLAR 2: TRAINING

BoardTrust© training pulls from the best available knowledge and resources of seated directors, academia, and thought leaders. We do not accept sponsors who pay to teach you. Faculty and best-in-class experts are selected. The program consists of a mixture of workshops, keynotes, panel discussions, and rehearsals. The training is designed to augment individual coaching with education best learned in a setting with peers and best-in-class experts.

Topics Include: governance, types of boards (public, PE, VC, advisory), financial reporting and audit, compensation and incentives, nominating and CEO succession, strategy, cyber security, liability and risks (D&O insurance, reputation), regulatory/disclosure requirements, board behavior and interactions, board composition and evaluations, emerging trends.   • Relationship building with directors, CEOs, and other top-tier board talent through board work and board exercises.
