BIO:  Jim O'Hern, Lee Hecht Harrison
Jim has over 25 years of experience in leadership, coaching and consulting prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison.  His coaching is focused on achieving exceptional results by assessing, encouraging, supporting and challenging leaders to recognize their vision, values and full potential through self-awareness and personal transformation. Prior to LHH, Jim was Director of Global Leadership Development at Hess Corporation, and Director of Executive Development at Honeywell International.  In addition to his leadership development program responsibilities, he oversaw coaching and succession planning for all high-potential leaders across each of these businesses. Previously, as Vice-President of Learning at Marriott International, he coordinated General Manager and executive team transitions across several different brands of the business worldwide.
