As the Director of Management Development for a national financial services company, Jane designed and delivered skill building programs on negotiation and leadership for 1,200 management and supervisory staff in 50 branch offices nationwide. Jane’s consulting practice has included coaching teams to negotiate Six Sigma process improvements at Alcan Packaging, Mannington Mills, GE Capital, NBC, and Amazon.com.
Jack DeBardeleben
Jack holds three master’s degrees and is a Ph.D. candidate (ABD) in Organizational Psychology at Columbia University. He has a broad consulting background, having worked extensively with six major pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers (Pfizer, Pfizer Animal Health, Stryker Orthopaedics, Howmedica, Shire Pharmaceuticals, Boehringer Ingelheim), and numerous others.
