Global outsourcing can be a cost reduction strategy for all company sizes from Fortune 500 to small businesses.  Most businesses can keep operations lean by sourcing talent globally rather than “binging and purging” through fluctuating business cycles. By sourcing lower level functions (e.g. IT, HR, and accounting) globally, companies can keep higher-level functions (e.g. strategy development, core innovation, stakeholder management, and key control functions) internal. This organizational model helps keep the founder/CEO, and senior leaders who are committed to the business model, as internal employees. Come hear from our panel of experts about building an efficient global staffing model that stays lean, is cost effective, and adapts quickly to demands in this world of economic uncertainty.
