BIOS:
Greg Fell is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Crisply, an Enterprise SaaS (software-as-a-service) data company that has pioneered the algorithmic quantification of work. Prior to joining Crisply in 2013, Mr. Fell served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Terex Corporation, where he led a strategic transformation of the IT Organization. Terex is a manufacturer of industrial equipment that employs 23,000 persons in 50 manufacturing locations around the globe. Mr. Fell is President of the SIM organization for his region and has just completed a book in Wiley CIO series entitled Decoding the IT Value Problem.
As Global CIO of Conair Corporation, Jon Harding holds worldwide responsibility for the company’s IT in support of both day-to-day operations, and future business growth. Jon joined Conair in 2004 in the new position of Global CIO. Under his leadership the Conair IT team has completed: global rollout of a single, centralized ERP system (SAP), development of a central source of management information (Business Warehouse), implementation of CRM and Supply Chain management solutions, and a worldwide SAP Upgrade and technology refresh to support all of Conair’s core business processes in 20 countries.
John Fodera is a Partner in the EisnerAmper Consulting Services Group focusing on delivering consulting and audit services. John has more than 20 years of audit, accounting and business management experience, including extensive experience in internal controls, privacy compliance, strategic planning and process reengineering. John has established himself as a thought leader, advising clients on compliance and operational audits. He is a frequent speaker to professional audiences on internal audit and risk management issues, and has often been quoted in financial publications as an industry expert.
