Boards represent and are accountable to shareholders; however, are there meaningful differences in structure, tone, focus and engagement with senior leadership when the shareholders are private equity vs. the public? With many firms being taken private by private equity and subsequently taken public as part of an investment thesis or sold to another private equity firm, what is the role and responsibility of the current senior leadership team?  These topics and more will be discussed with a panel led by Jack Gavin, public and private board member as well as operating partner for a private equity firm.

MODERATOR: Jack Gavin, Operating Partner, LLR Partners

EVENT SCHEDULE:
6 - 6:30 pm - Mingling
