Adriana Khalil Daiuto is a Brazilian lawyer and partner of the Demarest e Almeida, one of the top law firms in Brazil and Latin America (www.demarest.com.br). Adriana is also the resident partner of the firm's New York branch and is the head partner of the Real Estate Practice Group. Ms. Daiuto, with 20+ years of experience, is also active in the M&A and Commercial Contracts Practice Groups. She advises domestic and international clients in all real estate matters, including advice on planning, consulting and real estate administration agreements, properties, creation of joint venture companies with the purpose of investing in real estate projects.
Jose Luiz Godoy is a Brazilian entrepreneur and the President and Founder of Multiplas International (www.multiplas.com), a Trading Company that specializes in Export & Import of Resins, Chemicals, Additives and Machinery for the plastics industry. Founded in 1991, the company has a strong presence not only in Brazil but also in South America. Mr. Godoy has 30 years of experience in International Trading, and prior to founding Multiplas, he was the EVP of Sansuy America. Before that, he had international management roles at Sansuy Brazil; Engexco Trading and General Electric of Brazil. He is part of the Board of Directors for the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce in NY. He earned his B.A. in Business Administration and post-graduate in International Business from IMES from Brazil.
Helena Wong is a CEO/ President with 28 years of global leadership and general management experience and has lived and worked in the U.S., Brazil and Asia. She grew businesses at P&G, Pepsi, Western Union, Esselte, Oregon Scientific and Rosetta Stone. She is now leading Top Trend International, a company in cross-border business development with Brazil, China and the US. Recently, as President of Int'l, Rosetta Stone, Helena opened the Brazilian market. As head of Marketing for P&G Brazil, she led the start up of a green field diaper business. She founded a financial investment company in Brazil. Helena is a native of Brazil from Chinese parents and is a Wharton MBA.
