James Bloomer, New Jersey Market Leader, Aon Hewitt
Jim is responsible for key client relationships and the overall quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the products and services we deliver.  Prior to the formation of Aon Hewitt, Jim had been with Hewitt Associates for 22 years. In that role, Jim was a compensation consultant advising clients on compensation strategy, short and long-term incentive design,  benchmarking, total rewards, and global issues.

Christine M. Kong is partner in the firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice Group.  Chris’s practice focuses on a range of employee benefits and executive compensation matters for public and private companies, as well as tax-exempt entities. She counsels clients on matters relating to qualified retirement plans (such as the design, drafting, implementation and administration of 401(k) plans), non-qualified deferred compensation plans and other arrangements for executives (such as severance pay plans and change in control arrangements), equity-based incentive programs (including incentive and non-qualified stock option plans, stock appreciation rights plans, phantom stock plans and restricted stock plans), and health and welfare benefits.

Founder Chuck Steege, CFP® is an Executive Financial Coach to corporate executives of public companies. He helps executives unlock the value from their varied and complex equity awards by combining his experience and training as a nancial planner, accountant and equity plan professional. A graduate of Gordon College, Chuck has been providing advice since 1985, and has been a licensee with the Certied Financial Planner Board of Standards since 1990. Chuck is a Paladin Registry Five Star Rated Advisor, is a licensed practitioner and a member of the Financial Planning Association, including the Philadelphia Tri-state Area Chapter.
