What can you learn about project management from Napoleon Bonaparte? As it turns out, everything! Examine the art of leadership, project management, and even resource and portfolio management, as seen through the successes and failures of one of history’s greatest generals, Napoleon Bonaparte. Learn to apply Napoleon’s research, record-keeping, and organization methods, and gain an upper hand by understanding the dynamic between project management and strategic leadership. This unique and interactive one-hour session is led by Jerry Manas, based on his international bestseller Napoleon on Project Management, touted by leadership guru Tom Peters and called "the ultimate case study in project management" by Kirkus Reviews.
