Even today, the demographics of our workforce are changing: people are retiring later in life, retirees and others are returning to the workplace, and the overall diversity of our workers is increasing and will continue to change throughout our careers. How will our approach need to change to effectively lead this changing workforce? What are the issues we will face and what can we do now to prepare? This CEO Trust event will engage forward-looking experts who will discuss these changes, the factors driving the change and what can be done to deal with today’s changing workforce and beyond.

AARON MANDELBAUM –
Best described as an entrepreneur and digital strategist, Aaron most recently served as the Web Marketing Manager for Big M Inc. There his team was responsible for social media, advertising, ecommerce, SEM, SEO and new technology projects for two chains of women’s fashion retail (Mandee and Annie Sez). In 2010 he launched stylequest.com, a price comparison search engine focused on the women’s retail fashion market and currently serves as CEO. Aaron has spoken at numerous industry events and has been quoted in key publications including Internet Retailer and Shop.Org. His consulting practice (Icebreaker Consulting) provides private executive level coaching and education about social media, technology, ecommerce, marketing, personal productivity and more. Aaron holds a Philosophy degree from the University of Maine and an MBA from Pace University.
CHARLES D. WRIGHT -
Managing Director at Goodrich & Sherwood, Chuck has provided consulting services for over 30 years to key business leaders in the identification, evaluation, selection & placement of executives into their organizations. He is an alumnus of the University of California, Berkeley and the Managing Organization Effectiveness program at the Harvard Business School. He has served on and led several community and not-for-profit boards. Chuck was most recently Senior HR Officer of Richardson Vicks USA. Earlier assignments at Vicks included VP of HR of Vicks Health Care & Beauty Care, and VP of HR International where he was responsible for Latin America, the Asia-Pacific Rim and Canada.

Ron, Founder & President of MediStar, is a 1986 graduate of the Wharton Business School and a 1989 graduate of the Columbia Law School. After serving two years with the NY office of Graham & James, he founded and served as President of World Merchandise Exchange, one of the first online merchandising services for importers and exporters of general merchandise. In 1997, Ron founded MediStar, now a leading provider of revenue management products and services for hospital and private physician practices. Ron is a Certified Healthcare Billing and Management Association (HBMA), and hosts his own Internet radio show, the Healthcare Business Network.
