The workforce of the future promises to be markedly different than what we have been accustomed to in the past. Even today, the demographics of our workforce are changing: people are retiring later in life, retirees and others are returning to the workplace, and the overall diversity of our workers is increasing and will continue to change throughout our careers. How will our approach need to change to effectively lead this changing workforce? What are the issues we will face and what can we do now to prepare? This CEO Trust event will engage forward-looking experts who will discuss these changes, the factors driving the change and what can be done to deal with today’s changing workforce and beyond.

Food and drink will be served during this hour-long program.
