PANELISTS:

DIANA LEE is a human resources executive with thirty years experience leading and managing businesses through critical growth and change in the industrial, media, entertainment and financial services sectors.  She has hired and built teams, led complex human resources operations and designed and rolled out leadership development, executive compensation, and other HR programs to help businesses grow and prosper.  Diana is currently Vice President and General Manager of Human Resources for Sojitz Corporation of America, a global Japanese trading company.  She is spearheading the Global Human Resources Initiative to strengthen talent and leadership for Sojitz in the United States, Canada, Central and South America.  Diana is a graduate of Oberlin College with a double major in Art and Art History.

BEVERLY LIEBERMAN is President of Halbrecht Lieberman Associates, Inc., an internationally-recognized executive search firm.  She has successfully managed searches for a wide range of industries and academic institutions.  In 1997, Beverly was selected by Executive Recruiter News as one of the 50 leading retained search professionals. She is also recognized by John Sibbald's The Career Makers as one of the nation's top recruiters.  Beverly has a BA and MA from the University of Michigan and graduated from the MIT Sloan School Executive Management Program.

BERNARDINE WU is the founder and CEO of FitForCommerce, a business resulting from her many years of operational and strategic success in helping online retailers succeed.  She has pulled together a team of experts who are uniquely positioned to help online retailers with eCommerce strategy, organizational structure, implementation coaching, vendor selection and understanding and implementing mobile commerce.  Bernardine is a frequent speaker and writer for the eCommerce industry's leading resources including Internet Retailer, Shop.org and Mobile Shopping Summit.  Bernardine received her BA in English and Asian Studies at Dartmouth College.
