     6 - 6:30 pm - Cocktails and Mingling
     6:30 - 8 pm - Roundtable Dinner

MENU:

First Course:  Pan-seared lump crab cake with avocado & tomato salsa

Choice of Entree:

Pan-roasted Atlantic salmon with a honey ancho sauce, or

Grilled New York strip steak with sautéed mushrooms and a parsley shallot butter

Dessert:  New York cheesecake with blueberry lemon compote

The Terrace Club is located on the 7th floor of the Club Quarters.  Only Club Quarters entrance is visible at the street level.
