Tammy applies her 25+ years of experience to partner with CEOs, division heads, and their teams. Client sectors include professional services, financial services, industrial, consumer and media businesses, as well as healthcare, real estate and hospitality.

Previously, Tammy was a Director with Spencer Stuart and has worked in a variety of corporate and government settings, including American Express, The Danbury Mint, and The First Boston Corporation. She also spent several years as a senior aide in the United States Senate.
Tammy earned a B.A. in Political Science from Vassar College and an M.B.A. from The Harvard Business School.
