NY: "Hello! And Every Little Thing That Matters" Impactful Ideas for Treating Your Customers Right

  • February 02, 2016
  • 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Journee Colab • 22 West 21st Street, Between 5th & 6th Ave., 3rd Floor • New York, NY 10010

Kate Edwards, maintains that customer service is the primary factor that will influence your clients' impression of your business. Every choice you make about your operation (the design, flow, organization, online presence and staffing) will impact your ability to deliver memorable moments of service and will, in turn, affect your bottom line. Your customer service impacts untold numbers of people so it is essential that all of your choices count.

“Hello!” reveals how customer service can be your best friend, secret weapon and brand ambassador all in one. How service can help you drive sales while embodying your culture and vision. How it can be the one thing that can create good memories and lasting first impressions. Customer service doesn’t have to be an overwhelming nuisance to your valued guests; in fact, service can be a thoughtful and controllable representation of your brand. “Hello!” will help you deliver a customer service experience that will make your business thrive.

Come meet & mingle with fellow CEOs over refreshments before and after the program. Snacks will be provided by Noreetuh, a modern Hawaiian restaurant in the East Village, and Chef Chung Chow will offer a selection of his signature dishes. David Bowler Wines will provide red and white wines and the bar will stock beer as well. We’ll be joined by restaurant industry leaders and business owners at the sleek Journee Colab space in the heart of Flatiron. Expect interesting and exciting conversations between the city’s top leaders in business and the hospitality industry. Books will be available for purchase and Kate will be happy to sign your copy.

If you are a CEO or C-level executive and would like to see if you qualify to attend this event, register online here or contact Cathy Curley with your interest.
