PANELIST BIOS:

J BERRY, Creative Director and Managing Partner of JB Design, is an experienced branding and identity professional. He is an idea person who conceives, develops, and expresses complex branding & identity systems. His portfolio includes design work for many known brands including: Allied Signal, American Express, Canon, Deloitte, Dexter, FedEx, GE, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Mony, NBC, Pepsi, Pfizer, Pratt and Whitney, Swiss Army, Texaco, Wal-Mart, and more. Prior to JB Design, J led brand-marketing efforts at firms in NYC & CT, playing a key role in the development and maintenance of identity programs for Texaco & IBM. J has served on the board of directors of the CT Art Directors Club, and his work has won numerous design awards including, most recently, a Gold Award from the Graphis.

TONY GRASS is founder and president of e-Market Intelligence (e-MI). Previously he built two successful companies (each $1 million to $2 million EBITA), both using technology to increase sales and marketing for small, mid-size, and F1000 companies.  e-MI is his third company, with a business-based process and patent-pending programming that significantly improves online sales, leads and ROI.
