Getting That First Outside Board Seat

The first board seat is a major challenge even for
highly qualified CEOs. Securing the right set of board positions can be even more difficult. As an active CEO, when is the right time to lay the groundwork for board service? What is the best route to reach boardrooms and what does it take to get there? What is the key to quickly becoming a positive, contributing board member? Join us as we discuss how to land that first board seat and what to expect in a director's role. We will talk about the tradeoffs of public vs. private, and fiduciary vs. advisory boards. You'll be exposed to the considerable resources available in the CEO Trust, and what you and your peers can do to accelerate the path to board positions.

REGISTER SOON! SPACES ARE LIMITED. BECAUSE OF LIMITED SPACES, THERE IS A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE FOR THIS DINNER.
