InspiriTec provides sophisticated turnkey IT Help Desk and Call Center services to federal and state government agencies as well as commercial customers.

SPEAKER BIO: John has been with the firm's management team in prior organizations for over 25 years. Since its launch in 2000, InspiriTec has become a successful Information Technology and Contact Center enterprise with a mission of serving its customers while employing persons with disabilities. Many of John's colleagues are disabled Veterans. He has led the development of high profile systems for firms such as AT&T, the National Disease Research Interchange, the University of Pennsylvania, and ActionAIDS. He has helped design and implement robust Help Desk and Contact Center solutions for the Department of Defense, the US Army, and various agencies in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
John graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude from Lehigh University with three majors: Sociology, Religion Studies, and Urban Studies. He received his Master of Social Work degree from Penn and an MBA in Finance from Temple.
