ORGANIZING FOR PERFORMANCE: CEO Approaches to Out-Execute Competition

In today’s increasingly turbulent and competitive business world, the shelf life of effective strategies is contracting dramatically. This is putting a premium on organizing to effectively out-hustle and out-execute competition in order to win. Warren Strickland, the author of McKinsey & Company’s “Performance Ethic” research will share insights from a multi-year study of winning companies to identify systematic approaches to build winning characteristics. This effort involved hundreds of companies and thousands of senior executives and has led to performance transformation work around the globe.

This event will be held in person in the DFW area and will also be virtual. CEOs will be able to interact with each other either in person or online.
