Conference with UTD's Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance
CEO Trust is collaborating with UTD on this program, and so we are inviting you and our CEO Trust members. The conference will focus on the role of directors in elevating their own effectiveness and that of their organizations through corporate governance. The conference will include three simultaneous half-day sessions in the morning followed by a general session in the afternoon. The morning sessions will focus on governance issues for companies with ESOP ownership, private equity ownership, and the evolving topic of cyber governance for all organizations. Attendees may select one of these three topics for the morning, or they may float among the morning sessions. If you are not able to attend all day, you are welcome for the sessions you can attend.
